Terms of use for the BetWest site
These terms apply to everyone who opens or uses a BetWest account from the United Kingdom. “We” means BetWest and “you” means the account holder. Where a rule on an offer card or in the cashier is more specific than a rule here, the more specific rule decides for that offer.
Who may use the site

Country and currency

Your own account

A player who has asked for self-exclusion remains responsible for not opening a further account.
Deposits, withdrawals and review
Deposits and withdrawals are made in the cashier in pounds. Each method has its own minimum, maximum and any fee, which the cashier shows before you confirm. A first withdrawal is preceded by an identity review. A bank or a blockchain adds its own time after our processing, which we do not control.

Coins, challenges and the Shop
Coins are credited at 5% of deposits and 10% of bets. Challenges award further coins, between 10 and 100 each, and completion of 20 challenges adds 500 coins. Coins are spent in the Shop on bonus money, free spins and free bets, and the conditions of an item are stated on the item. A challenge counts only if its minimum stake, and for sport its minimum odds, are met.
Tournaments and Wheel of Fortune
Each tournament card states a prize pool and a minimum bet. A bet below the minimum does not count towards the standings. Results of the Wheel of Fortune are credited as the wheel shows them. The standings of a tournament are read from its card, which also shows how long the event has left to run. The competition card on the promotions page states its own prize pool and rules.
Sports offers
The sportsbook offers a first-deposit bonus of 100%, a weekly reload of 50%, a weekend reload of 50%, a cashback bonus of 10% and a horse racing reload of 50%. The 2 goals payout and the accumulator boost are separate promotions. Each has its own card, and the caps are shown in the offer in pounds.
VIP levels

Figures that change on the site by their nature, such as a tournament pool and its countdown, a jackpot figure on a tile or the cap of a step, are read live from the card or the account at the moment you act, not from these terms.
